3. "To count to 100,000 is 2 Day's work" ...
4. "To count to 1,000,000 is 1 month's work" ...
5. "To count to 10 Million is about 1 Year's work" ...
6. "To count to 100 Million is 10 Year's work" ...
7. "To count to 1 Billion takes at least 100 years"

Of course the question does not give a base number system so I choose base 1 million system. In about 10 minutes I take him for $1 billion.
