What are the three most important habits to develop in the morning?

I don’t know if these are the most important… BUT they helped me build a 7-figure business, lose several pounds of body fat, have amazing intimate relationships, and live a life I previously believed impossible…
So I’m pretty sure they’ll help.
1. Awaken Your Physical Body
Ok, I’m going to cheat here and lump a few habits into this one subheading. But hey, I’m trying to help you have the best morning possible!
As plenty of other people have pointed out, you want to get your body engaged in the morning. But for me, this goes beyond simply exercising.
Personally, I like to do a few things to wake my body up in the morning…
  1. I’ll do a body “flow” where I just move for 10–15 minutes. Whether I’m stretching, doing push-ups, crawling around like an animal, or practicing a new body weight movement, I like to get in touch with my body without a particular goal or benchmark to hit
  2. A quick morning workout… Go for a run, do some body weight training, or lift weights if you have a home gym.
  3. A cold shower with deep breathing… Nothing will wake you up out of the morning fog faster than a gonad-shrinking cold shower and some deep breathing. Google the “Wim Hoff” breathing technique and give it a go with a 1–10 minute cold shower (whatever you can handle)
This will help you generate energy and feel ready for the next few tasks you need to complete to have your perfect day.
2. Reconnect with Your “Why”
Although there are a number of different tactics people use, whether it’s visualization, affirmations, meditation, or gratitude journalling (a personal favorite) you need to do SOMETHING each morning to reconnect with your “why”.
Having a strong purpose behind everything you do and reminding yourself of that purpose constantly is the only way I know to enjoy sustained motivation and a desire to make big moves in your life.
Try out different practices to see what works for you.
3. Eat a Nasty Frigging Frog
Before you open you email, check social media, or allow distractions to ruin your day, complete the NUMBER 1 most important task that you have on your list.
Whether it’s writing a new article, making sales calls, writing code, or creating videos, knock out your most important task first thing in the morning and the rest of your day will take care of itself.
Hope this helps.
