people will falsely claim that the Hennessy Venom F5 (btw scam and will
never be built)or the Bugatti Chiron or the Agera Rs is the fastest car
in the world. These claims are also. The fastest CARin terms of mph is
actually a Ford GT. But not some ordinary Ford Gt, but this monster

Bugatti Chiron has about 1500 hp. That seems like quite a lot right?
Especially from a quad-turbo (aka four turbochargers) V16 (16
cylinders). However, this monster produces 2500hp (over a 1000 more than
the Chiron) from only two turbos and only 8 cylinders. So 1000 more hp
from half the engine. Impressive right? The MK2 Motorsports GT hit 293.6
mph in only a mile. Only a mile. 5280ft. I’d like to see the Chiron hit
200 in a mile.(sarcasm). That being said, this amazing Ford GT is sadly
not street legal. I guess that’s because cop cars top out at well under
200mph. However, amazingly, the second fastest car, mph wise, is yet
another Ford GT! And it is street legal!!

And
it hit 292 mph in a standing mile. These cars are so impressive, the
design is basically the same as the original Ford GT40, and still
manages to out perform and out-aerodynamic (that’s not really a word)
all these computer produced 3 million dollar plus cars. Many Bugatti
fanboys will claim that it’s not fair because these are one-off custom
cars. This is true, but until I see a Chiron hit 294+ in a mile, you
lost. Ford made around 4500 of these things, and they only cost around
150,000$, Thats about 2,850,000$ less than a Chiron. And a helluva lot
cooler too IMO.
Also, there was a
custom-built twin turbo firebird that hit over 300 a long while ago.
But, it was a 5 mile course. And it wasn’t really a car. Definitely not
street legal. So yeah Ford GT > Chiron.
